What we’re looking for
- We are looking to add another member to our growing team at fantomagency.io
- This position is for a Growth Associate who will be finding new ways to acquire leads, booked calls, and clients.
- This individual would have experience managing growth initiatives and experiments.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience. There will be a 3 month probational period.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Increase social media following and SEO traffic to develop a competitive advantage.
- Update and maintain all social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc . )
- Enhance company social media platforms by updating all product information across social media.
- Handle online lead generation through email outreach, website optimization, content, and more.
- Utilize LinkedIn as necessary for any recruiting initiatives or research that is needed.
- Create strategies that help us increase the number of booked calls + deals closed.
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
