What we’re looking for

We are looking to add another member to our growing team at fantomagency.io
This position is for Twitter Ads campaign managers who will be working 100% remote.
This individual would have experience managing Twitter paid ad campaigns, and have great verbal communication to engage with both the team and clients.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. There will be a 3 month probational period.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Manage Twitter Ad accounts and ongoing optimizations.
Auditing and finding areas of improvement within existing ad accounts.
Be proactive about finding new strategies and tactics to help our clients achieve their goals.
Communicate with team and clients.
Deliver insights to copy and creative team to improve ads.
Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve clients’ objectives.
Prepare reports and present result to clients and management.
Most importantly have fun and always work with a positive attitude.
